How do I pay with M-Pesa?
Select M-Pesa at checkout, enter your phone number, and you'll receive an STK push (a payment prompt on your phone). Enter your M-Pesa PIN and the payment is confirmed. No need to install any app.
Where is my ticket?
Your ticket is sent to your email and is also available in the app under My Tickets. Each ticket has a unique QR code that the scanner reads at the gate.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Ticket transfer is controlled by the organiser's settings. If transfers are allowed, you'll see a "Transfer" button on your ticket.
How do I get a refund?
Go to My Tickets, find the relevant ticket, and tap "Request refund". Refund eligibility depends on the organiser's policy, shown on the event page. Cancelled events are always fully refunded.
What if my QR code doesn't scan at the gate?
Show your ticket confirmation email or a screenshot of the QR code. If there's still an issue, gate staff can manually look up your booking by phone number.
